#HealthyTimeUse Campaing
The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted drastically the way our society used to organise time, and how we organised our daily time in a period of distress was a relevant topic. During the first lockdown in March 2020, our habits and how we organised our daily activities were changed drastically. As an answer to such a problem, the BTUI launched a campaign over social media publishing some recommendations regarding time use.
The hashtag was #HealthyTimeUse and publications could be found in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Our aim was to give daily specific recommendations grouped under three concepts: “discover your circadian rhythm“, “organise your time“, and “share quality time“. Such recommendations were complemented by home-made videos by experts and organisations, who gave their advice what they were doing to confront the crisis in terms of time use.
